we took the test today and I think I did okay. I got stupid questions wrong but I will know in a half hour apparently. I am also very scared for the exam because this class was not that are but some things are very specific. Most the questions on the test were things that I just forgot but I dint think I did that bad.
Today win class we learned about some of the amazing painters from then time. im very excited for this unit because im really into art. I also love how this era was very expressive and very creative. Like you said in class this was the first ear in a long time that told people they basically had talent an that they could do somthing in this world.
worked with Brysen 1. renaissance- the term means rebirth, and in this context, it refers to a revival of art and learning. Humanism- an intellectual movement that focused on human potential and achievements secular- the most basic spirit of Renaissance society. patrons- church leaders that financially supported artists perspective- Renaissance painters used perspective to show three dimensions on a flat surface. vernacular- Dante wrote in this in his native language instead of latin 3. The renaissance man is described the type of accomplished person  the Renaissance woman were not expected to create art wealthy women often patrons of artists as this letter by Isabella. 4.Dozen of artists worked in northern Italy. artistic styles changed.
today in class we took the Rome test... this was the hardest test we've taken in this class according to me, I studied the past to nights and it was still really hard. the part that really got nee was the numbers of the branches of government even though I studied them. I think I did good on the empires after Octavian because I was very interested n that so I had fun learning about it.
today in class we went over everything the will be on the test. we went over all the empires and mainly Philip the great and all the styles of government and all the different branches and hoe it ws very similar to how are government runs today and how if Romes government was not lie that we would not have the rights or freedom we have today.
